CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) Center - CIM Center is a special organizational unit of the Faculty of Engineering in Kragujevac. CIM center operates on the basis of and in accordance with the Statute of the Faculty and those normative acts of the Faculty that regulate the economic and financial relations of the centers of the Faculty and the Faculty itself.
Joint research in the field of CIM system development (computer integrated production) and the needs of the economy direct the scientific and professional potential of the Faculty of Engineering in Kragujevac and business partners to the establishment of a joint CIM center. All activities can be realized through the joint work of experts from the Faculty of Engineering in Kragujevac and partners from other institutions.
The founder and first manager of the CIM center was prof. Dr. Slavko Arsovski, who created a wide network of associates, provided funds for the purchase of basic equipment for work and education.

- Publishing
Resources
The resources of the CIM center are: human resources, financial resources, hardware, software, projects, documented solutions and information, literature and office inventory.
Within the CDP + project 128/2006, HAAS Toolroom Mill TM-1HE CNC milling machine with additional software and two Haas Control Simulators for education and training, online demonstration and offline programming with dual software that allows simulation of all procedures performed on the control unit CNC HAAS milling machines.
CIM Center and associates-consultants of the Center, in their work so far have affirmed and proven to be very successful employees in the field of CIM technology, quality management, education and reengineering. Five monographs, four books and one practicum have been published.
In the work so far, the consultants of the CIM Center have participated in the implementation of many activities, the most important of which are:
- area of information systems (IS design and software development),
- area of quality management,
- area of education and
- area of reengineering.
CIM Center associates participated in the implementation of projects of the relevant ministry and several international TEMPUS projects.
As part of the Festival of Quality, students of the Faculty, associates of the CIM Center, the Center for Quality and the Center for Terrotechnology in cooperation with members of the Organization of Industrial Engineering Students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac (SIIMFK) organized the first conference dedicated to quality. 2010
