As an activity within the Interreg Danube GeoHeCo project ("Fostering the implementation of shallow geothermal hybrid heating and cooling systems in the Danube Region"), in which the Faculty of Engineering is one of the partners, a visit was made to the city of Nagyatad in Hungary, from October 29 to 30, 2024.
The second meeting of the Danube GeoHeCo project, hosted by CROST Regional Development Nonprofit Ltd. (Hungary) provided an opportunity for 13 partners from eight countries in the Danube region to discuss the activities to be completed by the end of 2024. Through presentations of achieved results and planned project activities, the Danube GeoHeCo project partners identified priority steps for the project's implementation.
